Working Principle
The working principle of natural gas filter: first entering the air cavity, the gas first hits the support pipe supporting the filter element (avoid the airflow direct impact, causing the early damage of the filter), the larger solid and liquid particles are initially separated, and the action of gravity sinks to the bottom of the container (regularly discharged from the outlet); then the gas through the filter filter layer, the solid particles are trapped by the filter medium, the liquid particles gradually grow up on the inner surface of the filter element.When the droplet reaches a certain size, the impact of the air flow falls off from the inner surface into the filter element and then out of the material cavity.In the discharge chamber, there is a separation element is also provided, which can effectively trap droplets to prevent entrainment of outlet droplets and further improve the separation effect.Finally, the clean gas outflow filter.
Filter Element Replacement
With the increase of gas passage, the particles deposited on the filter element will cause the increase of the filter pressure difference. When the pressure difference rises to the specified value (read out from the pressure differential meter), it means that the filter element has been seriously blocked and should be replaced in time.The process of pollutant loading is the process of blocking the through hole of the aggregate filter element.When the polyfilter element is blocked by contaminated particles, the hole that can pass through the liquid flow is reduced, and to ensure the flow through the filter material, the pressure difference will be increased.The starting pressure difference of the filter separator is not higher than 20KPa, and the replacement pressure difference is not higher than 100KPa.
