Product Overview
DYFS large flow filter element is made of high polymer material with good hydrophilicity. The core filter layer is melt-bonded polypropylene spinneret fiber, with a large number of cone-shaped fixed holes in it, which has a high fouling capacity. The integral filter layer adopts the folding process, which greatly increases the effective filtering area of the filter element. This delicate design allows high flow rate, large flow through the filter material, the collection of high capacity, high efficiency, low pressure loss and long, life and other characteristics.

The ultra-thin filter material is used in the filter element of PF series with large effective filtering area and high pollution-receiving capacity The outer sparse inner dense filter layer increases the effective, filtering area and the capacity to absorb dirt; the core filter material uses the special ultra-fine fiber, increases the effective, filtering area of the filter material.
Strong bearing capacity, high safety, using PF unique high-strength inner support, inner support layer is closely connected with the filter material, strong impact resistance, top and bottom lids laser hot-melt welding, no cracking, no falling off; Double ring seal or star seal is adopted to increase the safety factor.
High filtering accuracy PF filter element has many filtering accuracy to choose from, the effective removal rate can reach 99.98% .

The shell does not need the support of the central tube, the shell cost is reduced, and the deformation and rupture of the central tube are avoided, causing difficulties in disassembly and assembly.
